Gonschä Chocolat
Gonschä Chocolat is the vision of a French couple - Hélène and Romain Gonçalvez - who wanted to create their own high-end chocolate brand in Brazil. The product offered by Gonschä is defined as "tree-to-bar". This means that the chocolate is processed at the place where it is harvested and that each stage of production respects the environment. Rémi and I have therefore imagined a dark and raw visual universe, representative of the preserved purity of cocoa. The only touches of colour are used to differentiate the bars, and would only reveals themselves when people would be touching the bar, with the help of thermo-dynamic paint.
